is it healthy to stay awake for 14 hours a day on a weekly schedule Nd get 10 hours of sleep per day?

yes, ten hours of sleep is slightly over average, but the more sleep you get the better i think, as long as u arent sleeping all the time

Yes but if you keep doing that your body will get used to it and that can be good and bad!

Yeah, you are suppose to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night so 10 hours of sleep is perfectly fine

minimize you must get 8 hours. "invulnerable" thinking kids can for awhile, but there is wear and tear, you're health deteriorates sometime. even if you "feel" OK and don't watch, you have to continue, you will start "going off" without being able to tell. older adults need less, no activty, babies need more, growing.
