Your body isn't falling apart nerd. Actually sleeping on a piece of plywood is the best form of a bed for your back. If you sleep on your stomach or your side that could cause back damage. You're suppose to sleep in military position. Just go to the chiropractor.

You don't have to be rude. There's no point in calling him/her a nerd.

Nerd? How in hell is "nerd" being rude? Please explain.

You don't have insurance?

What does the word "nerd" have to to with insurance?

The insurance part is for the person that asked the question. You still haven't answered my question.

no i don't have insurance my parents do and they don't give a crap about my health
Report as
You better tell someone who cares about your health that your parents don't.

Well, a lot of people use the word nerd to describe some one who isn't popular, or is a "loser". And weather or not you consider it to be an insult, I don't understand why saying this person is a nerd has to do with this question.
Report as
It was in reference to the comment this person made. He or she said "Is my body falling apart"? This made me laugh, so my first reaction was to say nerd.

I think you should give my answer a helpful, because well, I was helpful.

Saying nerd is an odd first reaction for that comment....

You might have pulled or strained a muscle, and if you continue to strain it, it'll only aggravate it. Try some simple yoga positions or stretches. A massage should also help. If that doesn't help, I suggest going to see a doctor.

Sorry to hear that. I too suffer from chronic back pain and sometimes have severe shooting pains. Although I am no Dr. and can give no medical advice, stretching for 10 minutes a day has helped significantly. Also I notice my back hurts more when I have not drank enough water believe it or not. If it gets to be too bad consult your Dr. Good luck!!

it could be from drinking soda's especially dark soda's or anything with the colors red and blue .you should drink more water than anything colored which includes soda's but if you have'nt been drinking those things then I suggest you see a Doc.
