What field would someone wanting to help people stop self harming go into?

I mean I know it's obviously some kind of therapist but what specific title, if that makes any sense? (ex counselor)

It would be along the lines of psychiatrist or psychologist, and then you could specialize in the field of self harming. Some psychologists for example, specialize in "hoarding" disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, etc. so you could go that route.
