What that means to have incessant nightmares is that you have a lot of heavy, unresolved issues in your mind. Knowing nothing about your health or history of emotional trauma, I can only make recommendations based on my own Clinical experiences.
You can consider some self-assessment sessions under the guidance of a Psychotherapist or even a Clinical Hypnotherapist to gain understanding of the issues involved. I used to take a subject into their nightmares, where they were able to confront their demons and demand explanations of what was going on. You would be astonished at the rubbish that poured out of some people! Once the old cr@p is gone, the nightmares cease.
Alternatively. you can go and talk to an experienced Homeopath. They will check your general health and diet to see if clues point to a reason for your nightmares. They also take detailed notes of the structure of your bad dreams. A personally prescribed remedy and a lifestyle protocol will free you from the nocturnal nasties in no time!
