How can I become stronger?
I'm a 14 year old boy and I'm pretty strong. I am stronger than most of my grade but I have tendonitis in both wrists. since i got it I feel like I'm becoming weaker because I can't do much anymore. I can't join a gym and i dont want to lift weights, but can someone please tell me a good work out routine to become built. I want a lot more upper body strength. please tell me why I can do.
