Any gymnastic pointers? (read caption)

I am excited as I am taking my first gymnastics class tomorrow. The last one I took was when I was younger. I need tips on flexiibilty, stretching, and even a balanced gymnast diet. links will be fine as well.~

Hurdle stretches (stretching right and left legs, leaning over them basically) butterfly, and stretch your back and stomach by leaning forward and backward and side to side. Try attempting back bends, while starting from the floor and also leaning back into a back end while standing up. I've always wanted to take gymnastics. Good luck!

Fruit will be good for the diet you don't want to eat anything that upsets your stomach cause your probably going to do a lot of flipping! Stretch like front walkovers and back walkovers if you can't do those do push up backbends and kick over and then do the real backbends

I heard if u take dance class in high school it gets u flexible and the other things
