I am gaining weight! Help!
over the past year I've lost 52 lbs. I'm 5'00 tall and 102 lbs. I have stayed at the same weight for the past 4 month's. I workout 3 days a week as I have for almost a year. but now I'm noticing my love handles are coming back and my belly is getting a pooch again. I don't understand! I eat 1200 calories a day. I am careful about what I eat. I even tried upping my calories to 1650 for two weeks and still no luck. the number on the scale is the same but what's in the mirror is bigger!
