If you want to lose weight, dont just eat less. That takes forever and all it really does in the long run is lessen your appetite. Eat a balance of all kinds of good stuff like meats, grains, vegetables, etc. Eat until you are full, then use that food as fuel for a good workout. Starving yourself makes you skinny, while eating right and working out will not only burn away fat really fast, it'll build definition. After all, I'd rather look big and mean like Jason Statham than scrawny and goofy like that Sheldon guy from the Big Bang Theory.
Yes, but you should add protein to it like chicken and maybe even some fruit! Stay away from fatty dressings like ranch and thousand island and go for lite dressings like oil and vinegar or balsamic. Also don't use iceberg lettuce because it barely has any nutrients in the leaf. Go for dark greens like spinach, arugula, and romanian lettuce:)
It is good but not if you put all the cheese and meat on it. Plus you do need sources of protein and calcium along with other nutrients. You shouldn't eat only salads but replacing one meal a day would be fine. The best way to lose weight is exercise.
Also salads have vitamin K and a lot of vitamin k can cause your blood to get thicker. So use caution if you are at risk of stroke or blood clots and are on some sort of blood thinner.
I really want to do that. I've been thinking about doing that, because my sides stick out. The other girls look pretty when they're skinny. I look fat & ugly. I can't fit in skinny jeans & I want to wear my boots with skinny jeans.
