Is it agianst the law in california if your employer only scheduales you a three hour shift? Is the the minimum four hours?

I was scheduled to work from 7-11 but only worked to 10 is that agianst the law.

Absolutely not. An employer can schedule you for any amount of time. If it is over 8 hours in one day, then they must pay you over time. There is no minimum amount of hours.
