I'm pretty sure the law says: "Shut yer mouth and be thankful that you're living indoors and that someone else is paying the bills. And if you don't like it MOVE OUT and pay your own way for a change." - but don't quote me on that, I'm not a lawyer.
The only law is if a family is renting an apartment or a house, they can not rent a one bedroom if they have children. There has to be a separate bedroom for the children and one for the parents. There is no set law on how many children can be in that bedroom, but there must be a separate bedroom AVAILABLE. That doesn't mean they can't have their children sleep in the parents bedroom. This law was made because of people coming from foreign countries where it is acceptable for the whole extended family to sleep in one room.
