I have recently quit smoking and I am trying to improve my lung function.
1 have a quick question. I have recently quit smoking and I am trying to improve my lung function. I understand that it will take a significant amount of time. I am doing cardio two times a day with a normal workout routine to try and build my lungs up. I am trying to lose weight as well but I feel that the stronger my lungs get the faster I will be able to get into bigger training methods. I am trying to do everything possible and I am making significant strides in my diet. I was wondering if doing the cardio is beneficial or not.
