Lots of things can contribute to the feeling of dizziness, for instance, stress as you have mentioned. It could also be that you are not taking a good and satisfying diet thus, you body is weak. Lack of blood circulation in your head and medical problem could also be a problem. Therefore, you should try your best to visit several doctors for opinions and advise.

It could be your blood pressure but if you went through medical tests then it would show your blood pressure is low your doctor would also ask you questions and figure out if it was stress or just lack of blood circulation. I would suggest getting an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging). Also dizziness is a Lyme Disease symptom you might want to ask your doctor about Lyme Disease.

It could be if it's a blood pressure issue if it's Lyme it could escalate into a bigger issue Do you know what Lyme is many doctors don't even care about in CT I am a doctor I could help you

you are very welcome I really hope you feel better Lyme Disease is caused by a tick even though ticks are so tiny this disease could be life changing what happens is when the tick starts to suck your blood it enters a bacteria that comes from mice called borrelia not all ticks have this disease but it most likely will have it .I had it myself and I still have it. It's not good I have been dizzy and blind and had all sorts of problems but the main issue is that doctors are not educated enough about this disease in CT so if you live here it will be hard to get a doctor.

I guess you have vertigo , visit a doctor and let them check your ear first.
