How can stress and panick attacks be stopped fast only using the body or any other ways? Please help

For some un known reason to me I am always stressed all the time. With this constant stress comes false illness and diarrhea at times. What makes it the absolute worst is when I hear vomiting, see vomiting, think about it, or feel nauseous. When I think about it I start to hear it and feel it and I go into a panic attack. On the weekends it's worse and when I am with my dad it terrible. I haven't thrown up in years but I will do anything I can to stop my self from vomiting, it feels as if its my top priority at the time. I never know when I am actually sick so I tend to treat all symptoms as if they are true. It happens so often that when I am actually sick and I know it my mom doesn't believe me. So I don't tell people when I feel sick any more unless its very bad. This is the only thing that I know stresses me besides the obsession with not getting sick. This started a little more than a year ago and hasn't stopped. Please help this is a constant battle :(

Panic/anxiety attacks is a true disorder. Since your symptoms have been going on for over a year, I highly doubt breathing techniques, etc. will relieve your issue. In my opinion, it is time to see a healthcare professional specializing in panic/anxiety. Feel better.

You need to relax and it's probably very hard but having stress is not good. I will try to help you when you are seeing people vomit or stressful things you need to take a deep breath in through your nose and out from your mouth close your eyes and simply walk away. Also you need to see a therapist or talk to an adult at school (assuming you are young and go to school) this will help you.

go to a doctor not everything has to be visual you need a better doctor

i do not know where you stay-but if there are yoga classes near by pl join immediatly-sure cure for stress and related illness

There is a breathing technique that starts through the nose then hold and exhale out the mouth. It's 1,2,3,4 seconds inhale then hold for 5,6,7 then exhale for 8,9,10. Do that 3 times in a row. It really helps. If that's doesn't work then see a Dr. Good Luck!!

Exercise and lots of it. If you smoke, stop!!! Don't drink coffee or lots of soft drinks. Switch to tea. Stop eating junk food and eat more fruits and vegies. Get a life. Get interested in others and find things to do that interest you.

i would, exercise as much as you feel comfortable, it relieves stress, meditation also helps with this, and i chew gum for some reason that seems to help me. don't drink a lot of caffeine it doesn't help.
