My ears have been ringing for over a month. My doctor said there is nothing wrong. I have'nt been exposed to any loud noises. What's wrong?

The ringing sound you are hearing in your ears could be due to tinnitus. This is a condition that affects ears, where one experiences shushing, roaring, hissing or buzzing sounds. Although tinnitus is not a disease, it symbolizes a problem with the auditory system. You may need to consult a different doctor for check up.

The ringing in the ears can be from tinnitus or chiari malformation..you should go to the doctor and get an MRI done ...and if it it chiari malformation u might need surgery for the spine and brain like me.
