My parents think I'm okay and I'm over exaggerating. What should I do?
Yesterday, I slipped on icy concrete and hit the back of my head. I was dazed for 5 seconds, then I got up. I had a headache, small fever, and where I hit my head really hurt. My parents said that I was over exaggerating and told me to go to bed and it would feel better in the morning. Today I woke up with a headache, sore head, and a really stiff neck. My neck hurts when I move it, and especially when I got up to get out of bed. My parents still think I'm over exaggerating, because I do tend to over exaggerate on stories and things that happened to me. But this is really what happened, and I'm scared I did something to my head. I looked up mild concussions and I have some of the little symptoms. What should I do? Do I have a mild concussion or am I just banged up and ok?
