How to switch countries on iTunes?

I tried to purchase a song, but it told me to go to the Italian store. I now can't figure out how to go back to the USA store.

It depends if you want to change your location on iTunes- do you want to change it in iTunes for iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch (iOS) or iTunes on your Mac or PC?
