my back tooth aches so bad but i no it's not my wisdom teeth because i got all 4 of them surgery cut out. What is the best way to numb pain?

Crushed cloves, they don't taste great, they'll probably make you drool, but they DO numb the area. I'd stuff crushed clove all over there, let it sit for a minute and gently rinse with warm salt water. You'll need to be seen by a dentist still, and it won't fix the problem, but it does provide temporary relief.

Also an ice pack on the outside can help a little bit to sometimes.

Be sure to see a dentist, though, as it could be an infection which is dangerous.

You can find Ambsol in the drug store, but it will only numb it. I won't fix what's causing the pain.

See a dentist. Infections can be dangerous.

Get to the dentist. You can cover the pain but clearly there is a problem that won't go away without the knowledge of a good dentist. In the mean while take two Motrin while your waiting to get to your dentist.
