What is Obama's drone policy?

Does it have to pass through Congress, or is it Obamas call?

He feels it's perfectly legal to take out terrorists who happen to be American without due process of the law. If somebody thinks they're bad people, the administration feels it's perfectly OK to drop a hellfire missle on their turbaned heads without any proof of guilt.

...and thus the controversy. Should these people be given due process before getting thumped upside the head or can some government bureaucratic half way around the world become judge and jury. I'm with boo on this one. If you hang out with the bad guys, you can expect bad things to happen. But I can also argue the other side. Our "intelligence" has been wrong on more than a few occasions. After you push the button and you see the big flash on the radar screen, it's impossible to take it back. And what about all the innocent who become "collateral damage". It's easy to say we're in a war on terrorism and bad things happen. But if you're a radical and blow up a bunch of innocent civilians on a bus or in a shopping center, You can bet they're saying the same thing. There is no easy answer. There is also no right answer.

He can kill terrorists without any info to wether they are one and the libs consider conservitive cristians "home grown terrorists" so he could drone strike me and then say I was a terrorist
