How do I get slim legs fast?
im not afraid of a little cardio (my mile time is 7 minuets) and I'm a dancer
Running works wonders. And don't be lazy about it! Really work yourself and get your body into a routine.
jog, do squats and lounges and stuff. dancing should get u slim legs though
do squats, running, and walking will do the trick: thats what i did mostly
