Dont use shampoo everyday. I know this sounds crazy but shampoos are chemicals. I use shampoo and conditioner every other day and a bath everyday. My hair has been healthier and growing a little faster.

Biotin just helps make your hair stronger.... Doesnt help with growth.

When it is stronger it is healthier the healthier the faster it will grow

Biotin doesnt make your hair grow though... Trimming it is the only thing that MIGHT help.

Getting the tips cut once a month or so will help facilitate faster growth... aside from that, their is no magic cure.

First you need to warm up some olive oil and spread it on your hair roots leave it for 5 minutes then rinse. Repeat daily. To grow even faster take folic acid pills or eat alot of food that contains it.
