Jogging. It is a good way to stay in shape and have good stamina.

Jogging/Running is very good, when you first start running dont stop when you feel tired just keep jogging, make sure you sweat a lot and run/jogg for 30-40 min without stopping, this will work really really good, also you should do push ups and sit ups, if you can do stadiums.

you should stop after you get tired, and then push yourself to go further/longer the next day. work yourself up to the heavier workout. if you are not used to that kind of exercising, and try to start out at top rate, you could seriously hurt yourself. you are not going to look very good this summer, if you have torn stuff inside and are unable to do even the minimum.

doing "sets" of exercises is also helpful. for instance, start out with 10 sit ups, 10 crunches, 10 side crunches left side, 10 side crunches right side, then do some leg work, same type of format, then do some arm work. take a short break, drink water, and start over. do the "sets" 3-5 times with the break between each set, drinking some water to keep hydrated. do not forget to do stretches before, and a cool down afterward. trust me, you will get cramps or could even tear muscles and ligaments if you don't.

Yoga is great, especially if you haven't exercised in a while because it is super as far as stretching goes--nothing worse than ripping muscle off the bone. There are numerous books that have plenty of exercises you can do at home using things like chairs etc. Push ups, sit ups, crunches, walking, jogging, swimming, bike riding, hiking, if you live near the beach or the NM desert do some sand running. When i was stuck with no equipment I'd grab cinder blocks to do curls, military presses, I'd stick a few on a bar to do squats etc. fill up 2 milk jugs and instant dumbbells. Tree limbs for chin & pull ups-lots of stuff
