Why do I feel shaky?

Also, what have I done to my hand?

Shaky- Sometimes when I haven't eaten in awhile ( as of school) I start to feel my whole body shake, it's not physically happening but it feels like it, then I eat something and I feel a bit better? Hand- The heel of my hand hurts with a 10/10 pain, even slight pressure hurts it! What have I done! the pains been bad for the last week! I'm only a 14 year old girl! Help?

Shaking is probably low blood sugar. Consult a doctor Asap.

What would a low blood sugar do?

Cause you to get shaky and maybe a little nauseous. You could have a type of diabetes, not to worry you, or maybe hypoglycemia. You need to see a doctor.

it could be a potassium deficientcy, which can cause cramps on your hands and legs, sudden tremors, and/or stabbing pains. you can get potassium by eating a banana or banana drink/ milkshake. if you count calories, then the banana itself is a good idea

Talk to your school nurse the next chance you get. You may not have done anything. It may have just happened.

Well you could have HypoGlycema. My mom and brother have it. I might. When your bodys sugar (glucose) is low your body starts to feel shaky and of you go too long without food to aid it you could faint and need medical attention. I'd check it out if I were you.

Do you have to do anything if you have it? Besides eat when you get the feeling

Well if your in a situation where its so bad your literally shaking physically and food won't help my family takes EpiPens. They have condensed sugar in them or something and you shoot it into yourslef by stabbing yourslef with it(only a prick of pain. Trust me i accidently stabbed myself!) and you feel better in 5 or so minutes

About the shakiness, your probably just hungry. Eat a little more, and to prevent it keep a small snack with you. go to the doctor about both thogh. About the hand, I have hardly any idea. I think it's probably a pulled muscle (by the description) or growing pains. Hope I helped, but I'm not a doctor so it may be wrong, but this is what is sounded like to me.

Try talking to a parent or something. Drink more milk and eat tolerable foods like apples and oranges to increase sugar without the extra junk.

Sounds like a blood sugar problem to me also. The shaky & weakness are the same high or low. Try not eating sweet, high sugar (no pancakes) in the morning. Take hard candy in your pocket for when you feel it starting. MOST important is tell someone you need sugar tested like parent or school nurse.

If you havent eaten anything for awhile your body gets shaky because its running low on energy, be sure to eat at least 3 times a day, if you still get shaky even when you have eaten consult a doctor, as for your hand it can be as simple as a pinched nerve, you should consult your doctor for treatment, sometimes the pain can get even worse without treatment

Start carrying some snacks with you, something high in carbs, eat them when you feel this way, keep track of hiw many times you feel this way, where you are and if the snacks make you feel better, if the do always carry 3 or four where ever you go, if they dont go see a dr asap.

the hand sounds like maybe a growth plate issue...for the shakyness...I get that too..I find that eating a bannana and chocolate milk helps soooooo much

You ask a lot of questions about your hand. Just go to a doctor already! And you probably just don't have enough energy or sugar so you get shakey.
