Red spot underneath my watch?

I wear my watch 24/7 I even sleep with it on, and it's waterproof so I wear it always, I wear it a bit tighter then recommended, I took it off tonight and on my right wrist on the joint bone closest to me there's a big red spot, it doesn't hurt and it looks as if there is some dry skin, it's been an hour since its been off and now it's really itchy, what could it be? I can provide a picture if needed.

sometimes it can be your body having a reaction to the metal. I used to have that same issue. If I wore my watch too long I'd have a red spot and it would become itchy. I just had to take it off more often and the problem went away..

My watch is rubber

oh..........well it could just be that your skin can't breathe with it on all the time...

It's just a bit raw from being rubbed against the watch. Few hours and it's still looking weird, get an opinion on the phone from a nurse or something. They can give info without needing an appointment.

Ummm possibly you could... Loosen it up? Pressure does leave pressure spots. Just like if you put your finger into your thigh, you'll get a crater

A picture of it would help me figure it out.

It'll go away,it is normal if you wear it all the time.Put your watch on the other wrist for a day or 2 and see if it does the same thing,nd the red spot fades on the first.
