Why is the NBA all star game always in West Coast now?

dallas..houston..and next year new orleans again..

Since when did Dallas, Houston and New Orleans move to the west coast??

umm..this is a sports thing..all 3 of em are West Conference teams..

Mark Cuban is rich so he had 2 times to have the all-star game there... But I don't know.
