If you eat small portions, your stomach will shrink, in about 3 weeks, and you will feel full with less food. Try to avoid simple starches and sugar. Have meat and salad... yogurt for desert. Whole wheat bread and whole wheat pasta, small portions.
don't eat any protein bars, go easy on all nuts, especially peanuts, and above all make sure you eat all meals, especially breakfast, as you burn off 30% more calories if you eat breakfast than you do fasting, eat a salad a day, maybe for lunch, those are low cal but take longer to digest, and just exercise after each meal
I've wondered that also. But I kind of figured it out. When you eat a small portion, but saver your food, chew longer and your stomach feels content and full. It makes you lose weight and makes your stomach get full with less food.
