My friend has noticeable food stains on her braces, and she HATES THEM..how can she remove them immediately? Any solutions?

Help! She told me that she brushed her teeth since the beginning.but then out of no-where, she notices these stains.. any solutions guys???!!

Tell her to try brushing with baking soda on her toothpaste,Then brush with white vinegar and to also brush with and rinse with hydrogen peroxide. The baking soda will shine them up immediately.

I have braces, and your supposed to brush your teeth after every meal. If you do, then yoh shouldnt be having stains
