I try to eat healthy all day and i do but as soon as it's night time, i start overeating (junk food) help?

i dunno i turn into a monster and empty all the fridge! im always so happy about my routine. i work out 2 hours everyday in the evening and im with how i eat all day but as soon as it gets dark, i let go and then i attack food! literally. help how do i stop eating or stop late night snacking???

Try eating more protein earlier in the day, and try to control yourself at night. If it is sweets that you crave for junk food try to stop eating sugary sweets all together.

If you crave junk food your not getting Enough healthy fats. Try snacking on nuts or avocado or anything else full of HEALTHY fats instead. Worked for me.
