Drink a glass of cold milk before going to bed or listen to soothing music on a low volume while relaxing for about 10 minutes. If those don't work, try using a lot more of your energy during the day that will make you want to go to sleep. Hope I helped!
Read,listen to music, be more active during the day, don't drink any pop or eat anything sugary before bed and if none of that works then you should try taking z quill I take it sometimes and it works for me.
You can try taking Melatonin. It isnt a medication but a naturally occurring hormone that sometimes is not produced enough in ones own body. It is completely safe and natural and is not addicting. It is also relatively inexpensive.
