Ugh i just got rid of one Hate them!
Use Peroxide(Hydron) in or mouth 2/3 time a day

let me just tell you, i feel HORRIBLE for you lol. i had one on my gums and i could barely eat or even sleep it was so bad. my doctor prescribed baby orajel for me (yes, it sounds weird, and im not calling you a baby lol) but just buy some and rub it on the sore at least after every meal with a cuetip. trust me. youre sore will be gone in a few days, mabey even 3 days. and whatever you do, DO NOT use proxide. doctor said it will make it swell even more

its a stick with 2 little cotton balls on each end. im sure youve seen one. if you still dont know what i mean, just use a cotton ball

Salt water works! I get them all the time. Just put a bit of salt in a cup of warm water and gurgle for few min then spit out. Or a more painful and quick approach, wet a cotton Schwab and dab it into salt, then apply to canker sore for a while. May start to bleed though but it really works
