Going some old school but a lot of these you can find some if not all part of the series in used book stores. Dragon Lance, Raymon Fiest Rift War Saga(s), Iron Tower series, Nightside by Simon Green ( really anything by him and he has multiple series), David Eddings Belgariad series, and Micheal Moorcock elric of melniboné.

It depends on what your looking for. A good mystery series is The Hardy Boys. They're short, easy to read, and there's, like, 60-ish books in the original series. However, a great all-around book series (And my favorite), is The Hunger Games.

The Hunger Games can be good if you like that kind of stuff. Another good one is Twilight, again you probably want to like the topic. It all comes down to what you like.

Nancy Drew, The Hardy Boys and The Willard Price Adventure series. People think I'm stupid to read this stuff but truth is, they teach you a lot of cool, interesting, useful facts and stuff. And IQ decreasing but entertaining series, Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Oh yeah and Theodore Boone, Choose your own Adventure

Some that I like are the Ice Fire Series by Chris d'Lacey, the Harry Potter Series by J.K. Rowling, the Hunger Games Series by Suzanne Collins (She also has quite a lot other great series too) and also the Beautiful Creatures Series by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl. There's also the Monster Hunters Trilogy by Dean Lorey. Although in "Monster War," he uses casual 5 times in 1 chapter. It was a little annoying.
