Something's going on with my eBay purchase...

I bidded for a skirt that was worth 50$ cause it had tags on and won it for .99. I don't think the owner was happy about it though... I also paid an extra 3.50 for expedited shipping and it was supposed to come on the 14th but it never came. :( And today I found it back on eBay listing for the same price so I know the seller is active. She didn't respond to my million messages I sent her either. I checked her reviews and she only had two saying that she was a buyer and didn't sell things, and I also checked what other things she sold and that was the only thing she was selling...any advice would be helpful! :D

If that occurred... You need to leave the most negative feedback that you possibly can. That person wont be selling on ebay for long if other people pay attention to the reviews. As a regular ebayer... I DO pay attention to the reviews.
You can also contact ebay and let them know what happened. If nothing else you should be able to get your money back. If the person was that upset about something selling for 99 cents... they should have put a reserved price on their listing.

Star good answer . Ive seen this happen twice last week . eBay & paypal actually want you to report sellers like this . I've gotten some great deals on eBay , but I won't do business with any seller with a feedback score less than 98 % positive

Neither will I. I will also read their feedback from other people too.

I've recently experienced (twice now) receiving a different product than what I paid for. eBay needs reformed!

@Neanderthal exactly !! I read their feedback too . Plus their sales numbers , amount of items in their store & how long they've been in business . Gotta do your homework shopping online . The scammers usually have low scores all around plus low feedback .
