Is there anyway to get my Domain Name on Google Search Engine?

I was just wondering how does one get there site on google search engine.
Someone said to submit to google and they will update in their own time could take a while. . is there a quicker way? Can i buy domain which are already listed in google search engine?

well above post says it all.

but If you look forward to own a domain name with high page rank than you can buy expired domains if you like. With an expired domains you can easily get a higher page rank for your business website. you can look into http://freshdrop.com for more of that.

In order for your website list on search engines, you need to index your website and apply some search engine optimization techniques to it.

It is possible to get your domain name on Google Search engine. All you need to do is to submit it by visiting www.google.com/addurl.html and add it there.
