Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory which is great. You can either make a meal/soup with it, or mix it with honey, and make a drink of it.

Natural ones are always better, becuase you know they are waaay more safe than synthetically engineered chemicals, and you don;t have to worry about overdosing (with MOST natural foods).

You should be ab;e to find some other natural anti-inflammatories on google, but I'm quite sure turmeric would be one of the most effective ones out there.

Also, if you are having problems with inflammation, you should be steering well clear of acidic foods, and be opting for alkaline, or neutral foods. Lists of acidic, and alkaline foods can be found on google also. It would be easier for you to just look at them on google I think, becuase you will get a more extensive list- and hopefully some extra info. Its definately worth having a look at, if you are having problems.
Doing these things has helped my mother alot, who has arthritis, which is basically just inflammation of the joints, so she is alot more comfortable now after I did a little google searching.

It is important to use Anti-Inflammatory Supplements. This is because they enable the body to repair itself since they make the white blood cells more active hence detecting and fighting quickly any approaching enemy.
