For How much money could I sell a tony Dorsett signed picture and football?

my moms friend dated him so we have some signed stuff!

Start by looking on e-bay. Also look in the phone book. Some where near you is a sports memorabilia shop. Start with what the price of just his signature is. If you have provenance the price increases slightly. It goes down based on how many signed pieces he did.
