How to be a true country girl?

I have a newfound desire to be country and its not that I'm trying to conform or fit it it's just something I want to be so please don't tell me not to change who I am cuz I'm only 15 I haven't even found who I am yet.

What I consider country has nothing to do with the cliches mentioned..
its about self sufficiency..
The ability to feed and house yourself..
Living close to the land.. like farming
Being able to improvise when faced with a challenge..
Having superior common sense!
And living where the stars and moon are your outside lights

Wear some country style boots as everyday apparel, get a pocket knife, eat apples, go barefoot often, put grass in your mouth, try archery, wear country-like clothing, ride horses, use ropes, learn some skills, get some muscles, don't be consumed by technology, make cow references, do whatever your little country heart desires! A country lover can have many fun jobs, too. Rodeos, music, farmland producing and horse riding are just a few of the things you could do.

Get some cowgirl boots and start saying things like this:

As hungry as a termite in a steel building

As nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs

As hungry as a blind dog in a meathouse

As cold as a welldigger's behind in Minnesota

Be Born One. You Can't Choose To Be Country.... It's In Your Blood.
Now, If Your Trying To Play Off Being A Country Girl, Just Use A Little Southern Accent, Listen To Country Music, && ALWAYS Wear A Pair Of Cow-Boy Boots!

It's not exactly a lifestyle choice. It's just part if you and where you're from. I was born and raised in Georgia. I consider myself a country girl because of the values and lessons I was raised on. Literally lived in the boonies, rode horses, 4 wheelers, hunting, fishing, getting dirty.I never even realized I was a country girl until I saw what life was like without those activities. Just embrace where you're from and who you are.
