On 20th august 1985 a company named Timestar ltd had a case with its workers relating with rest rooms facilities. The Company had no rest room facilities. The only thing that was provided was the wash basin. The employed had to use public rest rooms which further lead very inconvenient to them. The employed told several times to their superior but no one was bothered. Later when no one replied to their problem, they were forced to file a case in the court. The court finally decided its judgement. The decision was that, there has to be compulsory rest rooms for the employees. It is the company who has to look after the safety and the working condition of both the employs and the workers.
