Does anyone know if in chanel window visors damage window tint?

I'm highly considering purchasing the WeatherTech in channel window deflectors, but I'm worried it'll damage my window tinting. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.

They do scrape the upper 1/4" or so. But, that is a small price to pay for them., They are sharp. The upper 1/4" or so is what normally gets worn by the window seals. Even with no shades, often sand and grit gets in the rubber flocking and rubs the edge of the glass. So, I say, go for it. They are expensive buggers though aren't they!

The WeatherTech in channel window deflectors will not damage the window tints. As per the manufacturer, it is guaranteed against faulty materials and it is also safe for use.

I would, but I have a 2012 Camry and the top of the door frame is chrome and I would hate to cover it up. It looks good with it.

All the chrome in the world would not make it look good lol
