Any tips on how to stay exercising?

Hey there! I'm a teen who, after the cold weather, found herself a tad heavier from a lack of exercise. I want to get fit again, but throughout the winter months I've developed a bad habit of not exercising. When I try to develop a routine, it usually falls apart in a few days due to a lack of motivation. Any tips/ideas for me? Thanks!

Take a picture of yourself now, and when you were physically fit. Get back on your excersize regimen and be consistent.

Well it's best to start your routine and only exercise for about 30-45 minutes. As soon as you've done that for a week, then you can start your 1+ hour sessions. You have to be willing to commit yourself to exercising if you want to lose weight. Also try listening to music.

Start with stretching and then slowly work into your routine you have chosen. After a full body stretch focus on one area of your routine doing more as the weeks progress.

Do you have any kind of work-out machine? Use that. Try looking up some foods you can eat that tastes great and help keep you fit. Put frequent reminders on your phone if you have to, set times that you know you will be free to exercise. If you need anymore ideas just email me! :) cressidasureal@yahoo.com. well if you usually exercise out side then when its winter do push ups or sit up or go to the gym

Find a friend to exercise with. You can help each other to stay motivated.

Just turn up some good dance music and move that is the best form of exercise I have found and it's fun so you don't realize how long you're exercising and get an exercise buddy someone you don't mind looking stupid in front of like a best friend
