I'm trying to gain some arm muscles, but I don't have any weights or gym equipment. Is there any way to gain without going to a gym?

You can gain weight and arm muscles by doing basic workouts like push-ups and pull-ups. In addition, you will have to eat a well balanced meal that is full of protein to get results.

Do cardio or lift up things that are heavy where you live.

Get a chinup bar. They install easily in any door frame. Your own body weight becomes the weight you are lifting.

Well you could try simple things like lifting small tables and things like that or you could do what my cousin does when you get a gallon if milk and use all the milk fill it up with water get 2 put 1 on each side of a used broom stick and lift those and also it depends on you some people get muscles faster then others and it depends on your age I might have more suggestions just tell me how old you are in comments hope this helps

Do what I said or do like 20 push-ups a day for a week and see how strong you are

Dear, I'm a skinny fellow, but a few days a go , I tried some push ups, the experience was incredibly painful, however my paining chest muscles are now swelling. This works for me and I think it can work for you too.You need carbohydrate food in your diet as well.

Fill up old milk jugs with water ...find big rocks to lift outside ...do lots of dips , push-ups , and pull-ups
