We have updated the Community Guidelines recently and are working towards better content on the site -- http://www.ask.com/about/community/guidelines I am not sure what words you may have used before that are no longer acceptable unless it is something that is profanity or adult content. Sexual health questions are welcome, explicit content is not. Use proper terminology. Slang is inappropriate and profanity is prohibited.

Do the filters ever take out an answer without mod review? I just posted an answer with proper terminology, and it never went up. It didn't even give the "oops" message to me.

Wouldn't it be "something that is *profane* or *being of* adult content"? Sorry, I'm a little C.D.O.(it's O.C.D., but the letters are in alphabetical order).
