I saw your previous question. You also have asthma. You may want to discuss those medications. I saw you are seeing a doctor. Good for you! In the meantime...
Our gastroenterologist has suggested probiotics for my husbands bloating and IBS after colon cancer surgery. He said to use Florastor - no substitutions! The generics and other brands don't use the same ingredients. It's over the counter, as safe as eating yogurt, and available at Walgreen's. After a couple of weeks, he saw a major difference. He's decided to stay on it. Others can stop after 3 months. Our 4-year-old granddaughter also found relief from chronic constipation with Florastor Kids.
Good luck to you. After 2 years, you've suffered enough! I hope you find a solution.

Good luck! Our gastroenterologist said that this probiotic is showing excellent results for many gastrointestinal disorders. I sure hope it works for you!

You may want to find a specialist of your own. Do your research! We had a pretty cruddy one and switched. We couldn't be happier!

Have you tried exercising? If not, you should.
Drink more water too. I suggest you go see a doctor about it.

2 years is a long time to experience symptoms like this. It's time to consult a physician.

Sounds like you spend too much time indoors just sitting around..
Could that be part of your problem

If you eat a diet heavy in fiber will make you feel bloated. Reduce the amount of fiber and drink plenty of water. Water helps flush your system. You may also want to cover this with your family doctor. It is not uncommon
to have a cyst or benign tumor located in the stomach which will cause this feeling.

A gluten allergy could also be the problem. With all of the genetically modified foods that are out there a lot more people are experiencing problems digesting the uncommon foods. Mother nature definitely did a better job at growing food then man has.
