I need to come up with a workout for my gym class. What's a workout that all levels of fitness could do?

Working out is not always the healthiest. What you need are several different routines. This will cause more muscle confusion, which will have a better result. I like using this one website called <sparkpeople.com>. It is completely free, and you can keep track of your nutrition, weight, and it even has some specially-customized workout routines for you.

Basic calisthenics. Jumping jacks, toe touches, side twists, then on to push ups and situps.

What things are cardio besides a huge run??

Like the things you step up on. I'm not sure what there called but I'm in an exercise class at my college. If its raining we have to be inside and do a cardio routine. Its actually fun. Teacher puts on some music and we follow her.
