Looking for archive info re dance/nite club band "Shadows" popular thruout Washington DC Metropolitan area, circa 1960--1980 ?
band mbrs: Walter (Sunny) Fulton, lead singer; Bob Fulton, lead guitarist; Henry (Tucky) Burford, rhythm; John Fairfax, drums; Mike Gidden, organ. In addition to appearingr as opening acts & backup musicians for Top Chart Bands, such as Buffalo Springfield; Association; Shallimars, the Shadows could be seen performing all throughout the Washington DC- No.VA-MD Metropolitan area at night clubs; military bases; banquet halls; resorts; high schools & colleges, as well as private parties. Occasionally, the Shadows would be joined by the appearance of the Villager Go Go Girls, a team of equally popular professional dancers, whose own careers were hi-lighted by their command performance at the New York's World Fair.
