How to lose 25-30 pounds before July?
I'm 130-135 pounds (it fluctuates). I want to be able to have a flat belly before summer so I can look good in my bikini. I'm dieting now, and staying on track using the Lose It! app (I try to stay 500 calories below my mark, or a little more). I'm lifting weights and dancing with the Dance Central 3 video game (and occasionally walking) almost every day.
Unfortunately, since I've started out (I've been doing this for 2-3 weeks now), there has been basically no change, and I'm afraid I'm doing something wrong.
Any help/tips for losing weight faster?
