can someone pls give me an effective diet

For breakfast, only eat.(bananas &oatmeal, or bananas and yogurt any fruit with whole grain cereal) don't get full. Just eat enough so u dnt starve...for lunch eat smaller. Or less callories. Sumn like salad with eggs. Salad with chicken. Or sandwitch with veggies...baked chicken is good. For dinner cookd mixed veggies, pasta made of whole grains. And between each meal drink LOTS of water(H2O) !! So that u wont get hungry so fast. Only eat when hungry. Btw
