I am a Rapper and I was wondering how do I open shows for bigger artists?

Try getting in touch with established event organizers and impress it upon them with your skills. You will need to work hard to prove to them that you are a talented musician. Make videos of yourself performing and save them on DVD for distribution so that they can analyze your skills.

Post yourself rapping on youtube, and look around for contests that can help you get discovered. if you have twitter, tweet some vids and somebody important might come accross them
