How do I get more flexible?
I'm in gymnastics and I can't do the splits. How do I get more flexible. like any exercises. etc
Take a broom and just walk back and forth on it,trust me it works somehow the pushing of the broom help ur legs get more flexible,and my gymnastics coach told us that so u should really try it
Stretching, yoga, etc :)
Yoga and maybe go to gym and work out legs
