I don't like milk. What do I drink to stay strong?
I have always been slightly weaker then the average kid in my grade (if the average could dead-lift 170, I would probably be able to dead-lift 165 or 167.5). I never knew why, because I am in sports. Then I realized it's probably because I don't drink milk. I am not lactose intolerant, I just don't like milk. What should I do to stay strong?
