How do I stop craving Peanut Butter?
I just recently started liking peanut butter. I've never liked it at all but now I love it and I can't stop eating it! I buy Krema All Natural Peanut Butter because the regular jars have so much sugar and hydrogenated oils in them and I think it tastes better. But now I crave both, all natural and the sugary ones! Even when I do eat it, I can't just have one spoonful. I try and have one or two only but then I end up eating half the jar! Also, I ALWAYS crave it after I workout with my Dad and I'm not sure why.I don't want to cut it out of my diet completely because the all natural ones are very good for you but I need to know how I can control myself with it. Help?!
