How can I save my health?

For the past year i've been eating pure junk food. I don't eat breakfast and my lunch is a bag of cheetos, soda, and some candy. For dinner maybe some rice and beans, meat if im lucky. Mostly junk food though. I started eating like this when i moved out and i don't have alot of money for food so i buy the junk food. My teeth have become slight yellowish due to so much soda and i feel weaker. Every time i try to stop eating these foods, i cant. I get headaches and i ONLY get full with these foods.Whenever i do try to stop, i get really angry and anxious. Please help. How can i change things around.

Start by replacing one item for another. The cheapest is trading in the soda for water. Get a water bottle and keep it with you. You are going to need to put forth some effort on this one because you body has become addicted to the sugars and what ever other garbage you have been consuming. Walk into a health food store just once to see for yourself that other people do not eat that stuff you have been putting in your mouth. Look at the items on the shelves and replace another or yours for one you find there. good luck, be a leader.

Yea i will. Im not over weight at all...i only weigh 100 pounds. It sucks because i would like to gain weight but not in an unhealthy way

Just force yourself to eat healthy foods and do simple exercises in your home. Like you said, you will probably get angry because your body is so used to eating all that junk. You need it to get used to the healthy foods.

Eat healthy brush ur teeth at least 3 times a day n try 2 drink more water,eat fruit every day, use Tylenol for headaches,nap every day n exercise oh n drink lots of milk 2!

ouch ! Well for starters don't ever do cold turkey you need to wean yourself off of junk food and take Advil when you get headaches junk doesn't have to rule your life believe me ! and try and keep a food diary . and for those teeth get crest white strips !

eat green foods (spinach brocollie and healthy stuff) get at least 1 hour of exercise every day and you should lose weight and stay healthy

You probably can't quit all at once since your body is used to eating those things. So Maybe you can add something healthy to your meals everyday. Then you can start by not eating all of the junk food you have. Eat less and less of the junk food (in quantity) , but make sure the healthy item is enough so that your still eating the same amount of food.
